New programme Autumn 2018
I invite you to join me for 6 weekly, online gatherings to look deeper into who and what we really are and to explore the practical reality around looking in this direction and living more and more from this space.
I’ve had a few months of quiet reflection during which time more and more blind spots have emerged. This has been disconcerting, uncomfortable and challenging at times but also profoundly moving and delightful at others. It has renewed my desire to share with others who are curious about living from this understanding and experiencing more ease and joy in their lives.
It seems to me, deepening our understanding is a process of leaning into what comes up, being present with gentle curiosity so that what there is can be felt and transformed. We are asked to find the patience, courage and humility to trust that process however uncomfortable it may be and to be gentle with ourselves when we get caught up in it and get stuck.
Feeling stuck and judging ourselves
Doubts and uncertainty can derail us at any time and it has been my experience that being in conversation with others who desire to see deeper into our True Nature can provide great comfort and hope which in themselves allow us to relax our grip more and more. In the space of no striving, we begin to see more.
Reflecting on what we see and finding gratitude
When we find ourselves discouraged, it is nice to reflect on how our experience has changed as we see deeper into how our mind works. Realising things that used to disturb us no longer bother us, that some things in life feel easier and less burdensome even while we may be caught up in other things. Realising we have stopped doing some things that were unhelpful and perhaps taken up others that are more enjoyable and nourishing. That noticing tends to elicit gratitude and can change our experience to a lighter, softer more gentle sense of being in the world. From there, more insights tend to come.
Bringing humour and a lightness of touch
Noticing when we are getting serious and enjoying the comic nature of this being human business is a great salve to a troubled mind. I have deeply appreciated the gentle guidance of others on this path during this time.
So I offer this 6 week programme as a space of gentle open-ness and curiosity where we can come together to see what unfolds as we notice how our stories beguile (and delight) us. It is a place to feed your soul.
A space to just be with no distractions
There are no targets, no goals, no exercises, just a space where we can experience our wellbeing, share our experiences, our frustrations, share what we see and what we are curious about and by setting the intention to simply be present we can share love and support. And bring lightness of heart to our spiritual journeys. There tend to be plenty of laughs along the way as seriousness gives way to a gentler, lighter view.
As always, these programmes are a journey into the unknown for us all. It is a privilege to do this work and I invite you to contact me if this resonates for you and you would like to be part of this group.
Who am I?
Join me Juliet Fay blogger, marketing geek and Three Principles Facilitator. You can read more about me here. I facilitate group conversations at a local mental health charity Welcome Centre and am privileged to witness the resilience, joy and humour of the human spirit always present despite the slings and arrows of life. I enjoy working with small groups and creating a space where we can drop into a more universal sense of who we are. In this space, insights seem to flow for us all and our experience begins to transform.

What do others say?
“I have taken two of Juliet’s online programmes and really loved them. What drew me to them in the first place was the small group size number. I felt that would offer much more opportunity for me to participate fully and be able to engage directly with the facilitator (Juliet) rather than being one of 50 or 100 people, which felt much more anonymous. Juliet created such a safe and accepting space where each person had the opportunity to talk through what was up for them that particular week. What I liked best about it, was her ability to listen and hear way beyond what I was saying and then reflect that back to me in such a gentle and supportive way, which also challenged me to look in a different direction.
I learned a lot about listening differently which I’ve been able to apply to my own work as a Mediator and it really has shifted the energy I have with, and towards my clients. One phrase that has stuck with me was ‘what we do matters much less than where we do it from’. Juliet is an expert at pointing towards another direction that sees past the ‘problem’ or ‘problem person’ and instead looks deep into their soul and points to their own inner quiet and wisdom. I would definitely recommend one of Juliet’s programmes, not to be missed for anyone trying to deepen their understanding of the Principles.”
Are there any additional costs?
The technology we will be using to run the programme can be free to use for participants. For the Zoom meetings, there is no cost to join from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. If you participate by phone, it is possible that you will incur long distance charges.
Dates and times
Solcare is based in the UK which is on GMT time (the same as London). If you are in a different time zone, please check the time where you are for any scheduled video-conference calls. The World Meeting Planner Clock is a handy tool. Check regularly as times can be affected by changes for Daylight Savings Time.
What is Zoom?
Zoom is a videoconferencing platform similar to Skype, but it has a few more options for the host. The free Zoom software runs on Macs and PCs and on smartphones and tablets using Android, iOS (Apple), or Blackberry operating systems. Once you sign up you will get an email with a link to the calls. If you have never used zoom before it is best to allow 10 or 15 minutes before the first call, as you will be asked to download an app to your phone, tablet or computer. You don’t need to set up an account to join a meeting.
Audio and visual
It is strongly recommended that you use headphones during the calls. Headphones that work with smartphones are generally okay. It helps improve the audio for the other participants. The host can mute people which is sometimes necessary to cut down on background noise. You have the option to show yourself on video or not. If you prefer not to be seen at times, that is fine.
Will the live zoom calls be recorded?
These will be recorded and a link to the file sent to participants for you download. These recordings are for your own private use.
Paying in other currencies
NB The button takes you to a Paypal page where you can enter the amount you would like to pay in UK GBP.
